The Ultra 600E electric steam cleaner combines efficiency, safety, and ease of use in a single system. Water is heated electrically and then pressurized, so the unit is ready to clean, sanitize, disinfect, deodorize, and kill bacteria within minutes of startup.

Built for portability, it runs on either 220 or 480-volt, 3-phase power and can draw hot or cold water directly from a garden hose.

Compared to the Ultra 250E, the 600E delivers more than twice the pressure, translating into faster cleaning action for tougher jobs. Because Therma-Kleen's electric steam cleaners generate no fumes, the 600E is also USDA allowable, making it a fit for enclosed spaces where combustion-based equipment isn't permitted.

The unit reaches an output temperature of 255–275°F, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation, while its 600 PSI pressure output provides the strength needed for demanding degreasing and cleaning tasks. Despite this power, the 600E maintains a portable, lightweight design, equipped with front casters and rigid back wheels for easy maneuverability around a facility.

Safety and reliability are built into the system through several key components: a pressure relief valve ensures safe operation, a flow switch monitors water flow for consistent performance, and a high-pressure limit switch prevents overpressure conditions.
