The Total Zone TZUV-600 is an advanced ozone generator built for serious odor elimination and air purification in commercial and industrial spaces. Using proprietary TZUV Ultra-Violet chamber technology at a 185 NM wave-length, it produces 600 milligrams of ozone per hour, effectively treating areas up to 24,000 cubic feet.

This makes it ideal for eliminating stubborn odors from smoke, pets, mold, mildew, cooking, and other sources in hotels, restaurants, gyms, apartments, vehicles, and other occupied-when-empty environments.

Housed in a heavy-gauge .060 anodized aluminum case with an industrial powder coat finish, the TZUV-600 is built to withstand demanding daily use.

It runs on a 100 CFM fan with ABEC #5 ball bearings for extended service life, and the TZUV chamber itself is completely maintenance-free, rated for 10,000+ hours of operation, equivalent to more than 5 years of use at 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

A washable 40 pores-per-inch woven stainless steel filter, all stainless steel fasteners and hardware, a 1 amp circuit breaker, and an 8-foot 16/3 grounded power cord with strain relief round out its rugged, low-maintenance design.

Operation is simple thanks to a 1-hour timer with hold function, allowing continuous or timed treatment cycles depending on the job. The unit runs on standard 110V power drawing just 1 amp, and is backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty along with a lifetime output warranty on the chamber. As with all Total Zone products, the TZUV-600 is intended for industrial use in unoccupied areas only.
