The Total Zone TZ-4 is a commercial-grade ozone generator designed to eliminate odors and purify air in unoccupied industrial and commercial spaces.

Built with a patented "SP-ARC" (Silicate Polarized Arc) generator technology, the TZ-4 produces variable ozone output ranging from 1,500 to 6,000 milligrams per hour or treating up to 24,000 sq./ft, allowing users to adjust output from 25% to 100% depending on the severity of the odor or air quality issue.

The unit is powered by four 100 CFM fans with sealed ABEC #5 bearings, drawing air through four washable stainless steel intake filters rated at 45 pores per square inch. Ozone is distributed through the space to break down odor-causing substances at the molecular level, converting foul-smelling compounds into non-odorous substances before reverting back to oxygen.

This process is effective against odors from smoke, mold, mildew, pets, cooking, fire and water damage, and other sources, while also deactivating mold, mildew, fungus, bacteria, and viruses.

Operation is controlled through top-mounted on/off switches and indicator lights, along with a top-mounted 12-hour timer with hold function for extended or continuous treatment cycles. The TZ-4 is housed in a .060 / 14-gauge anodized aluminum case with a fingerprint-free, textured powder coat finish, built for durability in demanding environments.

Additional features include recessed side-mounted handles for portability, a rear-mounted resettable circuit breaker, an 8-foot 18/3 grounded power cord with strain relief, and stainless steel screws, nuts, and bolts used throughout construction. The unit measures 12 1/2" x 16" x 20" and weighs 26 lbs. 5 oz., and runs on 110V / 3A power at 50/60 cycles. The TZ-4 is backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty.
