The Total Zone TZ-8 is a heavy-duty commercial ozone generator engineered to tackle air quality and odor problems in the toughest environments. Built with a patented "SP-ARC" (Silicate Polarized Arc) generator, the TZ-8 produces variable ozone output ranging from 3,000 to 12,000 milligrams per hour for treating up to 24,000 sq./ft giving operators the flexibility to match ozone levels to the size and severity of the space being treated.
Output is controlled through top-mounted on/off switches with indicator lights, allowing adjustment from 25% to 100%, and a top-mounted 12-hour timer with hold function provides precise runtime control for unattended operation.
Airflow is driven by four 100 CFM fans fitted with ABEC #5 sealed bearings and protected by safety fan guards, while four washable stainless steel intake filters (45 pores per square inch) keep the unit running clean with minimal maintenance.
The TZ-8 is housed in a rugged .060, 14-gauge anodized aluminum case with a fingerprint-free, textured powder coat finish, and is assembled throughout with stainless steel screws, nuts, and bolts for long-term durability. Recessed side-mounted handles make the unit easy to transport, while non-marring polyurethane feet protect flooring during use.
