This warranty extends coverage to instances of malfunction caused by manufacturing defects. Damages incurred due to misuse of the item, improper installation, or maintenance, as well as those resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications, are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, damages resulting from the use of non-OEM chargers are excluded from coverage.

Regarding motor lifespan, there is not a fixed hour or year rating because longevity is highly dependent on how the unit is maintained and operated. Proper maintenance, filter care, airflow management, and overall machine upkeep all play a significant role in motor life. We currently have units still operating in the field from some of the original production builds that have never required a motor replacement. In general, the better the machine is maintained, the longer the motor can be expected to last.
